While deciding which company to use for my sleeve gastrectomy, I narrowed down my research to the companies that communicated the most, and it turned out that the most caring, insightful, informative and efficient was from BNC. so I decided to book with BNC, the process was fast and easy, my health consultant took care of everything, I was greeted by the driver who took me to the hospital on the day of arrival at Izmir airport, I was greeted by the staff who comforted me when I arrived at the hospital in the VIP minibus with those who went to the same hospital or other hospital in the same group. , it was about 5 o'clock and we were very tired, we were shown our rooms to rest, my first observation was that the hospital was very clean and tidy, my room was smaller than the others but that was because I was alone, there was an en-suite bathroom. bathroom, closets, a desk and single sofa bed if available everyone joined me, I noticed other rooms are big with a suitable bed for guests, I think if I had taken one, I would have been placed in one of them, but my room was fine for my stay, After resting for a few hours, checks, tests and we were asked to attend the scans, they were very detailed, they consisted of EKG, ultrasound, height and weight, lung capacity test, blood test and endoscopy. for sleep, once speaking with the specialist whether you passed the tests, you were asked to attend the main reception to pay for the surgery, when I got back to my room all the surgery clothes were delivered, it looked like the next part. a lifetime, quite a wait before I was taken for surgery but I realized that there were a lot of people there for the same reason, it was my time at 9:30pm, I was demoted to the theater and the staff was there. It's great that it relaxes me, the next thing I remember is that I was comfortable ortable and fell asleep.

It was a little frightening when I came to my senses but soon I realized where I was and fell asleep again, the next day I was pretty much asleep but my recovery was scheduled and before I knew it I was up and walking around. After 3 nights hospital stay, I was transferred to myway deluxe hotel, which is very luxurious, big room, balcony, in the heart of Izmir, close to nearby shops, restaurants and markets, you can even call the reception. ask for delivery from local takeaways, after a comfortable night and morning at the hotel, I was transferred to the airport at 1am, for my return home, my general feeling about the whole procedure, glad I did it there. From the moment I started with BNC, I would like to thank my health consultant and then my doctor.

After researching 12 different companies and packages in Turkey for my sleeve gastrectomy, I found BNC Healthcare by far the best among those I researched and contacted. I spent several days in constant communication with my coordinator, who from the beginning was very sweet, very informative, provided me with all the details I wanted about my surgeon, and beyond that, he sent me so much information (including his CV) that he was ready to answer all my questions promptly and his English absolutely great. I made my decision very quickly that I was happy to book with BNC Healthcare as I wanted Dr Ergin Arslan to do my surgery as I had all the information I needed and a great package that suited my individual needs. After paying the deposit I was desperate to have my surgery done as soon as possible and with the great help of my health consultant I came to Izmir alone 10 days after I booked my surgery for the next day! Everything was arranged very quickly.
My surgeon Dr Arslan was such a lovely, caring person with a great sense of humor! He visited every day, sometimes more than once, and was always reassuring and very caring. This man changed my life!!
The experience was perfect.
During my stay I met some nice people who had the same surgery and they were even amazed that I had 2 visits from my health counselor for 5 days at the hospital. I can honestly say that my health adviser was my guardian angel throughout my entire journey and even on my return she kept texting to get updates and remind me that she is available for anything even now. post operation. Will always have a place in my heart

Before I came to the hospital in Izmir, I was a little nervous. I met other beautiful ladies on the bus from the airport and we all had neighboring rooms at the hospital, which really helped. It was very clean and the rooms were of a very good high standard as I would expect in a private hospital. The surgeon came to visit me that night and put me at ease. Except for a few nurses, I felt no language barrier. The pre-op was extensive and I wanted to be first on the surgeon's list because of a previous surgical trauma. She agreed and I went straight from the endoscopy to the theater. I remember waking up partially just to be moved from my bed to the theater bed and then back again and woke up in my bed above and it was all over. The hospital gave me traditional Turkish food that I love. There was also a sofa bed in my room and the staff brought bedding for it. The surgeon came to visit me every day, which was reassuring. It all went very well together. Dr. Ergin Arslan had a successful surgery and I chose this surgery because of the good reviews I researched. Our last two nights were again in a boutique hotel of a very high standard and we could walk down the street to local shops and potters. The return flight home was better than I expected and I'm just happy to be back in the UK. I am 2.5 weeks after surgery and can eat small amounts but still mostly drink shakes, juices and soups. my health counselor kept talking to me every day and even came to visit me at the hospital twice! He was really nice and professional from the very beginning and this helped me feel confident and calm to make decisions on my own time. We still keep in touch. I would recommend this hospital and surgeon to anyone who wants to have sleeve gastrectomy surgery.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I felt that no matter what time of day I reached out to get an answer from my coordinator she was quick to respond. I am pleased with the treatment and care I received. They provide English speaking translators to take you through the whole process. The transfers between the airport and hospital were very comfortable.

After much research and deliberation I booked through BNC health care for an elective surgery package abroad. Every detail was gone over and taken care of, no question was too much, my amazing coordinator was on hand day and night to answer anything I had to ask about and if he didn’t know he promptly went away and found out for me. He is actually still on hand today, contacting me to find out how I am and still answer anything I might have to ask, I am two weeks post op and been home a week! All in all amazing service.

I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery with Dr Mehmet Deniz and I was very well taken care of by my health counselor from my first questioning to my post-operative period. She is so attentive and friendly that she even visited me after my surgery. Dr Mehmet Deniz is a great surgeon and very friendly, visiting me every day during my stay. then i feel so happy 1 month and half the day of surgery The hospital was clean and the hotel was very modern and more like an apartment. I would recommend it to anyone considering surgery.

I went for tube stomach. I was incredibly nervous as I was traveling alone. My health counselor put me at ease and kept in touch throughout the whole process. Including making sure I find private transfers. The hospital itself was nice and clean, the staff couldn't have done more for you and even after the procedure they contacted me every few days to see how I was doing, check how much I had lost and make sure. Ok.

Excellent service from start to finish, My coordinator Godsum was exceptional made me feel very relaxed and made the process very smooth,always on hand for any questions or queries. The dentists were amazing very professional and quite the perfectionists. All in all great experience, would highly recommend.

At the hospital, Dr. I had sleeve gastrectomy with Ergin Arslan. A brilliant surgeon who visited me sometimes more than once a day during the 4 days I was there. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The procedure went smoothly. then myway deluxe hotel is great. Very close to the port for walks and shops. A great experience from the start. My coordinator even visited me at the hospital and has kept in touch with me ever since. I strongly recommend.

I had a gastric sleeve fitted in August from the moment I arrived in Turkey being. Picked up at the airport driver the staff hotel staff hospital staff interpreter the doctors nurses absolutely first class really looked after me I was on my own but didn’t feel like I was alone. They were always there to help me first class service highly recommended. 

Besuchte hier Januar 2022 für Magenschlauch. Dr. Mehmet Deniz war mein Chirurg und ich kann ihm nicht genug danken! Krankenhaus super sauber, modern und alles auf höchstem Niveau.. jeder Test vor der Operation durchgeführt und ich fühlte mich super entspannt und gut betreut! Sehr covid sicher auch.. mein Koordinator war Berk und er gab mir das Gefühl, so informiert zu sein und blieb während des gesamten Prozesses in ständigem Kontakt mit mir.. auch das Telefon in der Mitte der Nacht zu mir beantwortet, wie ich ein wenig ängstlich war! Ich hatte einen Schlauchmagen mit der besten Krankenhausversorgung, die das Özel Sağlık Krankenhaus je erlebt hat. Ich glaube, ich habe nicht nur eine Magenhülle bekommen, sondern auch eine vollständige medizinische Untersuchung vor der Operation.
Mein Chirurg war Dr. Mehmet Deniz. Ich sah ihn am Tag vor der Operation und jeden Tag danach, bis ich entlassen wurde.
Berk war in Kontakt mit von der Zeit, als ich meine Operation gebucht und immer noch in Kontakt mit mir bis heute.
Ich möchte mich sogar bei allen Krankenhauspersonal bedanken, die sich auch um mich gekümmert haben.
Ich komme aus Deutschland und würde das Krankenhaus jedem empfehlen, der daran denkt, die Magenhülle zu bekommen.

Wirklich tolle Erfahrung. Ich hatte Anfang Dezember eine Schlauchmagen. Vom ersten Kontakt mit Berk bis zum Treffen mit dem Chirurgen hätte es nicht besser sein können. Dr. Mehmet war vom Tag meiner Ankunft bis zu meiner Abreise zur Stelle. Die Bandbreite der Tests und die Geschwindigkeit, mit der sie abgeschlossen wurden, waren erstklassig. Das Krankenhaus selbst scheint brandneu und die Ausrüstung entspricht alles, was wir zu Hause haben. Das Pflegepersonal war sehr aufmerksam und professionell. Mein Zimmer war wie ein Hotelzimmer und regelmäßig gereinigt. Ich würde dieses Krankenhaus jedem empfehlen, der eine bariatrische Operation in Betracht zieht. Das türkische Volk war so freundlich und einladend. Follow-up war auch ausgezeichnet.
